Delivery & Packaging

We offer a standard shipping service depending on weight and will send your parcels with Royal Mail, Evri and Parcel Force, depending on the size and destination of your parcel.

We aim to dispatch your orders within 10 working days of being placed.

Please note that handmade items/made-to-order or bespoke items may take longer to dispatch due to production time.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping service selected and the destination. Once dispatched, delivery is subject to the carrier’s service times and is outside our direct control.

While we make every effort to ensure orders arrive on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier service issues. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us via email homespookyhome@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter with the delivery provider.

We also offer international shipping and cost's will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately some items cannot be shipped internationally due to them being fragile.

We are conscious of our impact on the environment, and where ever possible will reuse and recycle shipping materials and minimize our plastic use.

We will try our best to be as plastic free as possible and always choose paper/recyclable material where available.

** We encourage all our customers to recycle our packaging materials where possible **
